Can't make calls - Inbound OK

Please perform the following troubleshooting before ringing our Telephone Support Line:

1. Firstly check for dialtone. If there isn't a dialtone then go to No Dialtone Fault.

2. If a dialtone is present, please remove everything that is plugged into ALL telephone wallsockets at your premise. This includes, but not limited to, back-to-base alarm system, foxtel digital, faxes, eftpos machine, telephones, dialup modems, adsl modems, extension cables, double adapters, adsl filters/splitters etc... Then try to make a call out again.

3. Systematically check each telephone wallsocket. If you're still unable to make a call out then proceed with the next step. Otherwise if you are able to make a call out on the connected wallsocket then previous wallsocket is faulty and you will need to engage your own private technician to fix the socket.

4. Jot down the number you are dialling and the time you tried to make that call.

5. Then call the Technical Support line on (02)83323030.
