Noisy Line

Before you contact the Technical Support line, please do the following first:

1. Remove all telephony devices off ALL telephone wallsockets at your premise. This includes, but not limited to, faxes, modems, eftpos machine, back-to-base alarm system, foxtel digital, adsl filters and/or splitters, double adapters, phones cordless or wired etc..

2. Then systematically check each telephone wallsockets for dialtone and take note of the sound.

3. Try a different phone handset and take note if it makes the same noisy sound.

4. Then please call us on (02)83323030 option 1.
