No Dialtone Fault

To help diagnose the fault, can you please attempt the following before you ring Technical Support.

1. Remove ALL telephony devices (back-to-base alarm system, foxtel digital, faxes, eftpos machine, telephones, dialup modems, adsl modems etc...) that are plugged into any of the telephone wallsockets.

2. Systematically check each telephone wallsocket for dialtone.

3. Then contact Technical Support on (02)83323030 option 1.
